EA Sports Group Limited is a Zanzibar-incorporated sports management and development company, built by an international team with deep expertise in racket sports, facility management, and event organisation across the Middle East, East Africa, and beyond.
From our registered office in Zanzibar, we manage a growing portfolio of sports assets, programmes, and institutional partnerships — building a vertically integrated sports group of continental significance.

Miguel Serra Villalonga
CEO & FounderAn international leader in the aviation industry with 36 years of experience — over 14 at executive level — across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Co-founder of Padel Sports Africa (PSA) in Dar es Salaam, Miguel leads EA Sports Group's East African strategy, facility development, and institutional relationships.
Toni Salord Monserrat
Director, Co-FounderAn international leader in the padel industry, Toni has spent over 15 years expanding the sport globally, with hands-on experience in club creation, management, and advisory across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Founder of Padelines Sports Group, he partners with investors and developers to build profitable, sustainable sports ecosystems.
Kheri Rajabu Mbiro
Director & Co-FounderSenior Partner at Breakthrough Attorneys, Tanzania's leading boutique legal practice. Kheri brings deep expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and East African business structuring, and serves as the Group's legal counsel, ensuring every partnership is built for long-term credibility and governance excellence.

Appointed through a formal Management Agreement to operate six newly built government sports clubs across Zanzibar and Pemba — covering staffing, programming, maintenance, and commercial operations. The mandate positions EA Sports Group as the leading private sports management operator in Tanzania.

Padel Sports Africa (PSA)
Tanzania's premier padel and lifestyle facility, set on a 4,300 sqm premium venue in Masaki with 6 courts (3 padel, 3 pickleball) — including the only MONDO turf FIP-standard tournament court in the country. PSA hosts a full corporate events calendar for clients including Citibank, Stanbic Bank, the French-Tanzanian Chamber of Commerce, and the Tanzania Bankers Association, and runs on Matchpoint, the booking platform used by leading padel clubs worldwide.
